Harze aus ungesättigten Polyestern und Polysilazanen sowie damit hergestellte, duroplastische Reaktionsharz-Formstoffe

Die Erfindung betrifft ein ungesättigtes Polyesterharz, enthaltend einen Polyester oder ein Polyestergemisch, hergestellt aus mindestens einer ungesättigten Dicarbonsäure und mindestens einem Diol, und mindestens ein Silazan, das einer Copolymerisation mit einer C=C-Doppelbindung der Dicarbonsäure zugänglich ist. Des Weiteren betrifft sie einen ungesättigten Polyesterharz-Formstoff, erhältlich oder erhalten durch Vernetzung eines ungesättigten Polyesterharzes wie voranstehend definiert. Der Formstoff kann gegebenenfalls Verstärkungsmaterialien enthalten.; Das ungesättigte Polyesterharz kann hergestellt werden unter Verwendung der Schritte: a) Bereitstellen eines Polyesters aus mindestens einem Diol und mindestens einer ungesättigten Dicarbonsäure; b) Bereitstellen mindestens eines Silazans, das einer Copolymerisation mit einer C=C-Doppelbindung der Dicarbonsäure zugänglich ist; (c) Vermischen der Komponenten gemäss (a) und (b). Der ungesättigte Polyesterharz-Formstoff kann hergestellt werden aus dem vorgenannten Polyesterharz durch dessen Aushärtung mit Hilfe eines Radikalinitiators.

The invention relates to an unsaturated polyester resin containing a polyester or a polyester mixture, produced from at least one unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and at least one diol; and at least one silazane which is accessible for copolymerisation with a C=C-double bond of the dicarboxylic acid. The invention also relates to an unsaturated polyester resin moulding material which can be obtained or is obtained by cross-linking an unsaturated polyester resin as defined above. Said moulding material can optionally contain reinforcing materials. Said unsaturated polyester resin can be produced using the following steps: a) a polyester from at least one diol and at least one unsaturated dicarboxylic acid is provided; b) at least one silazane which is accessible for copolymerisation with a C=C-double bond of the dicarboxylic acid is provided; (c) the components are mixed according to (a) and (b). The unsaturated polyester resin moulding material can be produced from the above-mentioned polyester resin by hardening thereof by means of a radical initiator.
