Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Fertigbearbeitung einer Oberfläche eines Werkstückes unter Ausbildung eines Dritten Körpers durch Verwendung eines spanabhebenden Oberflächenbearbeitungswerkzeuges.

WO 2010009862 A1 UPAB: 20100209 NOVELTY - Method for finishing a surface of a workpiece forming a third body comprises preparing a surface processing tool having a blade, in which the blade edge rounding corresponds to a cutting depth, and contacting the tool with the surface to be processed at a prescribed processing speed so that plastic deformation occurs in the region of a deformation advancing zone, the surface end region to be finished is subjected to a strain rate increase followed by a strain rate decrease and the surface end region to be finished is subjected to a temperature increase followed by a cooling phase. USE - Method for finishing a surface of a workpiece forming a third body. ADVANTAGE - A nano-crystalline micro-structure is produced.
