(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zellkulturtraeger (2) fuer eine In-vitro-Permeabilitaetsuntersuchung an einer Zellschicht (8), mit einem ersten Kompartiment (3), einem zweiten Kompartiment (4), einer zwischen dem ersten Kompartiment (3) und dem zweiten Kompartiment (4) angeordneten permeablen Membran (7) zur Aufnahme der zu untersuchenden Zellschicht (8) sowie mit einer baulich integrierten Messelektrodenanordnung (9, 10) zur Messung des elektrischen Durchgangswiderstands der zu untersuchenden Zellschicht (8) auf der permeablen Membran (7).
