Spritzgießverfahren für Kondensationsharze und Vorrichtung für das Verfahren

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Formkoerpern aus durch Kondensationsreaktionen und/oder aus Loesungen/Suspensionen erhaltenen Polymeren worin ein Ausgangsmaterial in Form einer pastoesen Masse in ein Spritzgusswerkzeug gefuellt und darin ausgehaertet wird dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das Spritzgusswerkzeug Poren oder oeffnungen aufweist durch die gasfoermige Spaltprodukte der Hzw. Loesemittel entweichen koennen nicht aber das Ausgangsmaterial. Weiterhin betrifft sie ein fuer das Verfahren geeignetes Spritzgusswerkzeug.

Gaseous fission products of curing and/or gaseous suspension or solvent are exhausted through pores or openings of the mold, where the starting material is not exhausted through the pores or openings. The starting material is selected from a group consisting of a polysilane polycarbosilane copolymer or a mixture of infusible and insoluble chemically reactive or polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymer, where the starting material exhibits short fibers.
