Title

Sensorelement und Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung und Verwendung

Abstract
The invention relates to a sensor element for detecting mechanical state variables, containing at least one optical waveguide, wherein at least one fiber Bragg grating is introduced in the optical waveguide, wherein the sensor element comprises at least one planar optical filter element to which light exiting the optical waveguide can be fed, wherein the sensor element further comprises at least one measuring device, by means of which an intensity ratio of a Stokes and an anti-Stokes lines and/or a propagation time of an optical signal can be determined.; The invention further relates to a method for detecting mechanical state variables, in which at least one optical waveguide, in which a plurality of fiber Bragg gratings are introduced, runs along a measuring section, wherein light having at least one predefinable mean wavelength and a predefinable spectral width is coupled into the optical waveguide and light reflected and/or scattered in the optical waveguide is fed to at least two measuring devices, wherein in the first measuring device the intensity of the light exiting the optical waveguide is determined in selected spectral ranges, and in the second measuring device an intensity ratio of a Stokes and an Anti-stokes line and/or a propagation time of an optical signal is determined.
