The solar cell has base (2) that is equipped with mono-crystalline silicon or multi-crystalline silicon base layer. An emitter (3a) is provided on base and equipped with amorphous silicon or microcrystalline silicon emitter layer. A back surface field (BSF) structure (4a) is formed on base layer and equipped with amorphous silicon or microcrystalline silicon BSF layer. The doping concentrations of emitter and BSF structure are greater than doping concentration of base. An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of photovoltaic solar cell.
