Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Vermessung eines transparenten Objekts

Eine Vorrichtung zur Vermessung eines transparenten Objekts wird beschrieben. Diese umfasst eine Strahlenebenenerzeugungseinrichtung zum Erzeugen einer Strahlenebene, die das transparente Objekt schneidet, um eine erste Profillinie an einer vorderen Flaeche des transparenten Objekts und eine zweite Profillinie an einer hinteren Flaeche des transparenten Objekts zu definieren, an der Strahlung der Strahlenebene gestreut wird. Eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung ist vorgesehen, um die an der ersten und der zweiten Profillinie gestreute Strahlung aus einer vorbestimmten Blickrichtung schraeg zur Strahlenebene aufzunehmen, um eine Profillinienaufnahme der ersten und zweiten Profillinie zu erhalten. Ferner umfasst die Vorrichtung eine Auswerteeinrichtung zur Auswertung der Profillinienaufnahme, um, basierend auf derselben, ein Vermessungsergebnis fuer das transparente Objekt zu erhalten, das auf die vordere Flaeche und die hintere Flaeche des transparenten Objekts bezogen ist.
