Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Bindemittelflotte insbesondere fuer die Furnier-, Faser- und Spaenebeleimung bei der Herstellung von Holzwerkstoffen. Zur Herstellung preiswerter und umweltfreundlicher Bindemittel wird erfindungsgemaess vorgeschlagen, dass Nadelholzrinden, insbesondere Fichtenrinde, fein gemahlen in Wasser oder waessrigen Loesungen dispergiert und dann in einem Jet-Kocher mit Wasserdampf aufheizt und durch Hindurchpressen durch eine Rohrschleife unter erhoehtem Druck zu einer gebrauchsfaehigen Bindemittelflotte aufgeschlossen werden.

USE - The binder bath is especially useful gluing veneer, fibers or chips in making wood products (all claimed). It can also be used in the production of materials not based on lignocellulose materials, e.g. foam or ceramics. ADVANTAGE - The process gives a cheap and environmentally friendly binder from home-grown renewable raw materials and avoids the need to use binders based on imported tannins. It utilizes the entire bark and optionally other components (e.g. hydrophobic components such as waxes).
