    Simple quality techniques help to solve problems for some time, concepts like "Management Tools of Quality Assurance" or "New Seven Tools for Quality Control" are beeing used again and again in discussions concerning the so-called quality techniques. Unfortunately, there is almost no German literature available on this subject in a mayor context. Case examples and experiences made with their use in production and services are still largely missing. In this article, the seven tools of Management are introduced and explained by way of a simple example with illustrations.
