The presented evaluation compares a conventional hard-switching boost converter with an ASC boost converter, focusing on the effects of the ASC on the main switch as well as a comparison of the overall losses with and without the ASC. The reported findings are based on Double Pulse Tests (DPT) measurements.enPower ElectronicsSwitching LossesActive SnubberExperimental Evaluation and Analysis of Switching Losses for an Active Snubber Cell for High-Power Interleaved Boost Convertersconference paper
