Many solutions have been investigated in recent years. Among them, the use of flexibility options, such as energy storage systems or active consumers, and the concept of multienergy systems have attracted the attention of many researchers. Within this study, a methodology for planning net zero energy systems has been developed. It considers a residential multienergy system in which electricity, heat and transportation have been contemplated simultaneously. Technical, economic and social analysis have been performed to evaluate the size of the components (generation) and the investment costs necessary.en670Multi-Criteria Planning Tool for a Net Zero Energy Villageconference paper
