The FAMOSOS components and system are designed for automated soil water analysis devices in agricultural fields. The cost-effective multi-platform in-situ sensing system proposed by FAMOSOS, is based on electrochemical sensing. It measures the concentration of various nitrogen (N) species in the soil water, temperature, and soil moisture status using automated data acquisition and wireless LoRa data transmission through soil. This paper introduces the multisensor system's specifications and design of the "beta-system", along with the initial field test results in Portugal.enfalsemodellingnano-electrodesnutrientsreal-timesensing systemsoil monitoringsoil pollutionwireless underground IoT nodesReal-time soil sensing system for farm monitoring all along FAMOSOS projectconference paper
