So far studies provided evidence that building operation can benefit from BIM, e.g. by reducing information losses at the building handover. To develop appropriate solutions for TFM, a workshop is organized with experts from the domain to ascertain their technological and organizational needs. The results show that tools are needed to ensure a better collaboration in the integral design team. The Reference-Process-Map's use can clarify all roles and data requirements. Combined with automated design model verification, the possibility to avoid frequent inconsistencies and meet user requirement is given.deBedürfnisse des Technischen FM: Notwendigkeit von digitalen Werkzeugen und integraler PlanungRequirements of technical FM: The need for digital tools and integral designconference paper
