A spray precipitation process was used to prepare ammonium dinitramide (ADN) and guanylurea dinitramide (FOX-12) particles. The produced energetic materials were crystallographically analyzed using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). Furthermore, the samples were analyzed using a laser diffraction particle analyzer and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that it is possible to produce particles in the micrometer range by this method.enSpray precipitation processFOX-12GUDNGuanylurea dinitramideADNAmmonium dinitramideX-ray powder diffractionProduction of Energetic Materials by Spraying Using a Solvent-Based Processconference paper
