Resistivities of 700 cm and 60 cm with optical transmissions of 65% and 32% were achieved respectively. The crystallization temperature of 700 °C allows the preparation of CuCrO2 on borosilicate glass. P-type conductivity was verified by Seebeck measurements and a transparent heterostructure including p-CuCrO2 showed rectifying behavior.en666667Preparation of CuAlO2 and CuCrO2 thin films by sol-gel processingconference paper
