In this paper we present a novel experimental approach for the generation of monochromatic radiation with sun-like angular characteristics that enables external QE (EQE) measurements of concentrator photovoltaic (CPV) modules. We demonstrate feasibility and reproducibility of our experimental approach by EQE measurements of CPV mono modules consisting of lattice matched component cells and a Fresnel lens. These results are validated by comparison of the integrated short circuit current density to reference indoor and outdoor measurements.enSolarzellen - Entwicklung und CharakterisierungIII-V und Konzentrator-PhotovoltaikServicebereicheHochkonzentrierende Systeme (HCPV)CalLab PV CellsCalLab PV ModulesphotovoltaicsEQEcharacterizationQuantum efficiency measurement of concentrator photovoltaic modulesconference paper
