This required extensive data acquisitions and, in some cases, estimated for data de-aggregation. The basic data were adjusted for weather influences for the space heat sector and stocking data for heating oil. The second work package is to explain the contributions of the individual major areas of influence to changes in the development of energy consumption by means of technological and econometric models.
