The influence of environmental conditions (temperature, moisture) to the effectuality of corona treatment on polyethylene foils was investigated concerning chemical and morphological surface modifications by means of contact angle measurements and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy as well as by in situ plasma diagnostic done by optical emission spectroscopy.
