An Exploratory Managerial Framework Using AI-Simulated Stakeholder Dialogues
Abstract
This study aims at bridging the gap between Metaverse theory and practical application by developing a service innovation framework intended to serve as a decision support tool for managers. This study's insights should guide managers in selecting, configuring, and implementing metaverse-based services. Drawing on prior empirical work that identified six fundamental business model patterns in the Metaverse, this study applies AI-augmented, AI-simulated stakeholder dialogues with several personas reflecting stakeholder perspectives to synthesize model-generated insights. The resulting Metaverse services guide, attribute checklist and implementation guidelines provide actionable insights and guidance for development and implementation of metaverse based services. Findings reveal that organizational readiness, integration requirements, cost-benefit considerations, and regulatory compliance are critical success factors shaping adoption strategies trajectories. By linking business model theory with Metaverse based services development and implementation, this study delivers corroborated tools and roadmaps, enabling indication-based decision making for managers navigating the complexities of Metaverse service innovation.
