Title
Secure Engineering of Ethernet TSN Networks for Resource Constrained Industrial Devices
Abstract
In this paper a TSN-configuration scenario for a resource-constrained embedded device is investigated. The IEC/IEEE 60802 TSN Profile for Industrial Automation defines the
use of NETCONF/YANG for device configuration and suggests the use of a NETCONF proxy to configure resource-constrained devices. A concept for how such a proxy may
work is defined, using COSE as the message format to carry CBOR encoded configuration information for resource-constrained devices. The COSE message is communicated over the Ethernet protocol.
