Mobilität der Zukunft

Die vorliegende Arbeit dokumentiert die Ergebnisse aus der dritten Projektphase des Reallabors AMEISE, das sich mit der Einführung und Skalierung autonomer Shuttles im ÖPNV beschäftigt. Der Beitrag versteht sich als praxisnahe Reflexion eines laufenden Forschungsprojekts zur Identifikation und Analyse von Erfolgsfaktoren. Auf Basis einer Kombination von Cross-Impact-Analyse, Reallaborerfahrungen und Expertenvalidierung werden zentrale Transformationsfelder und Erfolgsfaktoren identifiziert, die für die Integration autonomer Systeme in urbane Mobilitätskonzepte relevant sind. Diese Felder dienen als strukturierende Orientierung für Städte und Ministerien und liefern praxisorientierte Handlungsempfehlungen zur Unterstützung kommunaler und überregionaler Umsetzungsprozesse im Kontext der Verkehrswende.

This paper documents the results from the third project phase of the AMEISE real-world laboratory, which is investigating the introduction and scaling of autonomous shuttles in public transport. This article is intended as a practical reflection of an ongoing research project aimed at identifying and analyzing success factors. Based on a combination of cross-impact analysis, real-world laboratory experience, and expert validation, key transformation fields relevant to the integration of autonomous systems into urban mobility concepts are identified. These fields serve as a structuring guide for cities and ministries and provide practical recommendations for action to support municipal and supra-regional implementation processes in the context of the transport transition.
