Title

Photonic spin-Hall effect in bulk twisted anisotropic media

Abstract
Many analogues of the spin-Hall effect (SHE) have been proposed in optics in the last few years. The essential idea is that the path of a beam depends on its own polarization, that is, SHE is a manifestation of some kind of spin-orbit coupling [1]. Here we disclose a new type of SHE in twisted anisotropic material, homogeneous along the propagation direction but encompassing an odd-symmetric rotation angle across the transverse direction, Fig. 1(a).
