Engaging Citizens in Cybersecurity: Recommendations for Policy Makers

This policy brief series presents key findings and recommendations drawn from four civil security research pilots conducted within the TRANSCEND project. These pilots actively integrated citizen engagement and addressed citizens' needs in the development and implementation of security technologies. Each brief focuses on one of four specific domains—Disaster Resilient Societies, Cybersecurity, Fighting Crime and Terrorism, and Border Management.
