Title

Towards Enhanced Transparency: From NFT to Printed Blueprints

Abstract
During crises and with a growing emphasis on sustainability, monitoring supply chain changes and reducing transportation dependencies is vital. Blockchain technology enables digital delivery and local production, minimizing the need for physical product movement. NFTs can digitally represent physical goods, enhancing their use in automated production environments. Integrating 3D printers with smart contracts allows for resource sharing and the production of external products. Information, CAD files, and certificates can be bundled into an extended Digital Product Passport (DPP). This paper aims to create a generic data model with relevant information from available norms as the basis for an NFT. These NFTs can then be traded, containing essential product information throughout their lifecycle and the necessary data for production and identification.
