Title

Non-linear impairments of 300 GHz MPAs for THz communications

Abstract
In this paper we report on the use of THz photonics techniques to evaluate the impairments induced by non-linear behavior of 300 GHz amplifier blocks. Using a referenced THz photonics IQ generator, the error-vector magnitude evolution is analyzed towards optimum power operation point of the amplifier.
