Inbetriebnahme eines Festbettreaktors im Pilotmaßstab zur Produktion von geträgertem Ammoniumphosphat aus Prozessgas
Abstract
The pyrolysis process with subsequent thermocatalytic reformation (TCR) is used for optimal utilization of cattle manure for both energy and material purposes. For this purpose, the cattle manure must first be pressed into pellets. In addition to
biochar and bio-oil, TCR-gas containing ammonia is also produced. This ammonia is to be used to react phosphoric acid immobilized on perlite to form monoammoni um phosphate (MAP). The concentrated fertilizer monoammonium phosphate thus bound in the perlite can now be used for nutrient supply and soil improvement. The TCR gas reduced by the ammonia content is then also available as an energy source. For a scale-up of the process, a MAP pilot plant will be developed, built and commissioned as part of this work. For this purpose, the components and apparatu ses are first manufactured and connected by piping. Then the MAP pilot reactor is connected to the existing TCR plant. Finally, commissioning is carried out with a defined nitrogen-ammonia gas mixture and then with TCR gas. The perlite enriched with MAP, which is produced in this process, is examined in the laboratory for its properties by means of a cell test, EDX analysis, pH value measurement and ele mental analysis. The product from the commissioning with the nitrogen-ammonia mixture showed a high concentration of MAP with up to 0.79 kg MAP kg P erlit and an almost neutral pH value of 6.68. The product generated with the ammonia-containing TCR gas, on the other hand, contained virtually no MAP despite an exothermic reaction. In the reactor visible in the temperature profile. Due to the phosphoric acid present in the perlite, the pH value here as well as in the reactant is 1.66.
