Virtual Reality to Plan Countermeasures for Environmental Impacts in Major City Projects

Cities around the world have to struggle with environmental impacts. Especially urban major projects focus several aspects due to high structural and processual complexity and immense public concern. Those aspects cover but not are limited to the emission of greenhouse gases, urban heat islands, wind and rain ([1], [2], [3]). The tool-based evaluation of the sustainability of planning options in urban areas is necessary [4].
