Titel
Requirements to co-simulation in the building sector based on the FMI standard
Abstract
One aim of the BIM process is to standardize the energetic evaluation of a building already during its planning phase based on simulations. Therefore, models of whole buildings, building parts as well as technical building equipment are needed which for example could be provided as FMUs, that can be combined to each other and simulated via the FMI standard. For the co-simulation of several FMUs master algorithms are needed which call the single FMUs and control the exchange of coupling values between the FMUs. This paper focuses on the development of master algorithms for applications from the building section. Basic master algorithms are tested based on that different aspects and requirements for the development of future master algorithms are deduced.
