Disaster Management with an integrated Collaboration Plattform

With the apparent increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters attributed to climate change, the question of how society can protect itself effectively and affordably is raised. Danger defense systems that enable the initiation of protective actions play an essential role. In this paper, the concept and the implementation of a platform for collaborative mastering of potentially dangerous situations caused by natural disasters are described.
