Abstract
The present invention is related to a method for manufacturing aliphatic polyesters and to an aliphatic polyester. Furthermore, the invention is related to the use of phosphorous-containing organic additives as an agent for increasing the degree of crystallization, the molecular weight and the branching density of a polyester prepolymer.
