Das Verfahren weist unter anderem einen Schritt des Bereitstellen eines Substrats (22) auf, wobei das Substrat (22) mindestens eine Pumpmembran (27) für die Mikropumpe (21) aufweist. Außerdem wird ein Membranaktor (28) zum Bewegen der Pumpmembran (27) bereitgesellt, wobei der Membranaktor (28) in einer erfindungsgemäßen Haltevorrichtung (38) angeordnet wird. Die Haltevorrichtung (38) wird relativ zu dem Substrat (22) derart ausgerichtet, dass der Membranaktor (28) der Pumpmembran (27) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist, und die Pumpmembran (27) wird in Richtung des Membranaktors (28) mittels eines relativ zum Umgebungsdruck höheren Fluiddrucks (36) ausgelenkt.
