Abstract
(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine zu dessen Durchfuehrung geeignete Vorrichtung, insbesondere einen Plasmareaktor zur Modifizierung partikulaerer und pulverfoermiger Substrate im Plasma.
DE 102009005053 A1 UPAB: 20100802 NOVELTY - A fixed-bed and fluidized-bed plasma reactor comprises a process gas inlet (1), a low adjustment chamber (2), and a swirling and plasma treatment chamber (14). A gas extraction chamber (7), a gas outlet (8) and two electrodes (9,10) are also included in the fixed-bed and fluidized-bed plasma reactor. The swirling and plasma treatment chamber has a cross section extension chamber (40). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for modification of particulate and powdered substrates, which involves bringing into contact particulate and/or powdered substrates into fixed-bed and fluidized-bed plasma reactor in a low pressure glow discharge. USE - Fixed-bed and fluidized-bed plasma reactor. ADVANTAGE - The fixed-bed and fluidized-bed plasma reactor allows easy opening and closing via corresponding drives and tight a tight fitment between each part at room temperature with a simple structure.
