(A1) Vorgestellt wird ein Element 2, insbesondere ein plattenfoermiges Element, zur Waermedaemmung eines Gebaeudes, das zum aussenseitigen Aufbringen auf eine Aussenwand 1 eines Gebaeudes vorgesehen ist. Dabei weist das Element Kanaele 3 auf, die als Belueftungskanaele dienen koennen. Das Element 2 zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Kanaele 3 ausser in Randbereichen allseitig vom Element 2 umgeben sind.
