Verfahren zur Anreicherung von Melanozyten mittels modifizierter Oberflaechen

(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Melanozyten aus einer Zellsuspension, insbesondere aus einer epidermalen Zellsuspension, mittels eines Kulturgefaesses, wobei mindestens ein Teil der dem Kulturraum zugewandten Oberflaeche des Kulturgefaesses, insbesondere mittels eines Niederdruckplasmaverfahrens, modifiziert, insbesondere funktionalisiert, ist. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung Kulturgefaesse, die, insbesondere mittels eines Niederdruckplasmaverfahrens, modifiziert, insbesondere funktionalisiert, sind und sich zur Gewinnung von Melanozyten eignen und die Verwendung solcher Kulturgefaesse zur Gewinnung von Melanozyten.
