Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kryoeinrichtung zum Einfrieren und Auftauen einer Probe (1), insbesondere bei der Kryokonservierung einer biologischen Probe (1), mit einem kuehlbaren Kuehlraum (3) und einem in dem Kuehlraum (3) angeordneten Probenbehaelter (10) zur voruebergehenden Aufnahme der Probe (1) beim Einfrieren oder Auftauen der Probe (1). Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Probenbehaelter (10) getrennt von dem Kuehlraum (3) temperierbar ist. Weiterhin umfasst die Erfindung ein zugehoeriges Betriebsverfahren.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for operating procedure for cryo device, preferably for cryopreservation of biological samples, comprising introducing the sample in the container arranged in the cooling chamber, placing the sample from the container at moderate temperature and removing the sample from the container, where the sample is separated and kept at moderate temperature between its introduction and removal. USE - (I) is useful for freezing and/or thawing a sample (preferably a biological sample) and for cryopreservation of the samples (claimed). The cryopreserved samples include embryos for stem cell research and sperms used for artificial fertilization. ADVANTAGE - The device and the method are in improved form.
