Verfahren zur Herstellung von Holzspan-oder Holzfaserplatten

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Konditionieren von heiss verpressten, unter Verwendung von Tannin-Formaldehydharz als Bindemittel hergestellten Lignocelluloseplatten, wie Holzspan- oder Holzfaserplatten. Zur Verringerung der spaeteren Formaldehydabgabe wird erfindungsgemaess vorgeschlagen, dass die Plattenfeuchtigkeit durch Lagerung der Platten bei einer relativen Luftfeuchte von > 60% erhoeht wird.

The tile moisture is increased by up to 17%. The tannin formaldehyde resin is only added to one layer of tiles. USE - The process is used to condition hot pressed ligno cellulose tiles. ADVANTAGE - Pressing time is not extended and the strength of the tiles is not affected.
