Abstract
Nowadays industries are moving towards Industry 4.0 referred to as fourth industrial revolution for automation and data exchange with the help of IoT, Cloud computing & cognitive computing. This Master Thesis deals with the identical issue of establishing a smart solution which comprises of IoT Infrastructure equipped with Raspberry PI acting as MQTT Broker & Arduino acting as MQTT Client while IT Infrastructure is composed of Firewalls for network protection and enabling data transmission to the Cloud. Cloud Virtual machine is comprised of Node-Red for integration of the MQTT Data with Influx DB for storage of MQTT data feeds and further data transmission to the Grafana for data visualization.
