Mitarbeiterorientiertes Produktionsmanagement

Aktuelle gesellschaftliche und technologische Entwicklungen, denen im Rahmen des Zukunftsprojekts Industrie 4.0 große Aufmerksamkeit zukommt, bewirken starke Veränderungen in Produktionssystemen. Davon ist insbesondere die Ressource Mensch betroffen, welche unter Berücksichtigung von Flexibilitäts- und Produktivitätssteigerung in die zunehmend digitalisierte und vernetzte Produktionsumgebung integriert werden muss. In diesem Beitrag werden drei Ansätze vorgestellt, die diese Thematik aus Sicht des Menschen, der Technik sowie der Organisation adressieren.

Worker-centred Production Management -Approaches to flexibility- and productivity enhancing integration of production workers into an increasingly digitized and connected production system. Current social and technological developments, which are in the center of attention within the initiative Industrie 4.0, cause changes in production systems. This particularly affects the human resource, which needs to be integrated into the increasingly digitized and connected production environment, taking into account an enhancement of flexibility and productivity. In this article, we will present three approaches addressing this subject from the perspective of the human, the technology, and the organization.
