Konzeption und Gestaltung von Learningstreams

Der Wandel der Arbeitswelt erfordert angepasste Qualifikations- und Kompetenzprofile. Um den Anforderungen nach lebenslangem und praxisrelevantem Lernen nachzukommen, gilt es die Lernorganisation neu zu denken. Ein relevantes Lernkonzept in diesem Zusammenhang ist das ""Blended Learning"". Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird aufgezeigt, wie Lernprozesse (""Learningstreams"") entlang dieses Konzepts sowohl methodisch als auch didaktisch konzipiert und anhand der Verknüpfung verschiedener Methoden und Trainingsformate gestaltet werden können.

The changing world of work requires adapted qualification and competence profiles. To meet the requirements of life-long and practice-oriented learning, the learning organisation must be rethought. A relevant learning concept in this context is ""blended learning"". This paper shows how learning processes (""learningstreams"") can be designed methodically as well as didactically along this concept and how they can be designed by linking different methods and training formats.
