Metrological PPC: Determination of added-value driven module process graphs

Abstract
Ultra-flexible factories consist of value-adding modules that provide various capabilities and can merge and divide depending on the production order. Module process graphs describe the order-related capabilities of one module through various value-adding parameters in relation to process times and costs. This paper describes how module process graphs are generated and how they can be used to determine the order sequence across different modules in ultra-flexible factories. This article explains how module process graphs are determined and how individual graphs are interlinked to form the order run.
