Biokunststoffe - quo vadis?

Kunststoffe sind aus dem Alltag nicht mehr weg zu denken. Im Folgenden werden der aktuelle Forschungsstand im Allgemeinen und für Biokunststoffe im Speziellen, verwendete Methoden und Herausforderungen dieser Bewertung dargestellt und diskutiert.

Are bioplastics sustainable? To answer this question transparent and reliable methods are needed. The article presents a short review of ecological and socio-economic aspects along the value chain of bioplastics with focus on the methodology state of the art and further developments.
