Prozessoptimierung durch Planspiele am Beispiel der maritimen Logistikkette

Das Thema Prozessoptimierung beschäftigt angesichts steigender Anforderungen viele Unternehmen in der heutigen Zeit. Aus diesem Grund gewinnt, die Vermittlung von Prozessoptimierungskompetenzen an Bedeutung. Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit dem Transfer von Prozessoptimierungskompetenzen durch den Einsatz von Planspielen. Es wird ein Planspielkonzept aufgestellt, das für die Entwicklung und Durchführung von Planspielen mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung in den Anwendungsbereichen Logistik und Supply Chain Management eine Struktur vorgibt. Die praktische Umsetzung dieses Konzeptes wird an einem konkreten Planspiel beispielhaft dargestellt.

Due to increasing business requirements, many companies have to concentrate on process optimization. Therefore, imparting competencies in process optimization gains importance. This article focuses on the transfer of process optimization competencies using the management game method. It describes the development of a ma- nagement game concept which supports the design and the execution process of a management game. The application area of the concept contains logistics and supply chain management. Finally, the developed concept is applied in the framework of the design and execution of a real management game.
