Total Productive Management in Unternehmen

Nach dem Vorbild japanischer Erfolgsunternehmen entscheiden sich auch in Europa viele Betriebe zur Einführung von Total Productive Management (TPM). Das Kopieren der Methoden führt jedoch häufig nicht zum gewünschten Erfolg, da insbesondere die Kommunikation und Motivation der Menschen in Europa nicht mit Asien zu vergleichen ist [1]. Es ist daher eine Methodik erforderlich, die europäische Kommunikationsstrukturen bei der Umgestaltung der Betriebe berücksichtigt.

Following the prototype of successful Japanese companies many firms decide to implement TPM. Copying those methods it often doesn't lead to the expected success due to different conditions and processes in the own company. For an effective implementation, it is necessary to develop a model, which addresses the issue of individual company-and process-requirements.
