At present, a considerable increase of the expense for working out tenders can be realised. This is due to more frequent client inquiries combined with the demand for more detailed quotations and lead to various attempts to utilize existing rationalisation potential. In this article a system is presented which provides information about course and order of functions in the enterprise and therefore facilitates the task of working out tenders. For the functions in the enterprise, quality assurance is taken as an example.
