Title

1.25 Gbit/s indoor radio link extension of a Gigabit Ethernet CWDM access network

Abstract
We have demonstrated an experimental full-duplex Gigabit Ethernet indoor radio link between a portable user terminal and a radio access point integrated in a fibre based access network using coarse wavelength division multiplexing technology and running the standard Gigabit Ethernet protocol. In a movable client distant server scenario, we achieved a fully utilized bidirectional connection on application level.
