Efficient Charge Carrier Extraction in Perovskite-Silicon Tandem Solar Cells Investigated by Numerical Simulation

Abstract
This work presents a comprehensive opto-electrical simulation model in Sentaurus TCAD for perovskite-silicon tandem devices which incorporates sophisticated physical models that allow for an in-depth study of efficient charge carrier extraction in tandem devices.
