A Ka-band Doppler speedometer

Abstract
Experimental results obtained with a 35-GHz Doppler radar unit are reported in this contribution. The measurement setup consists of a RF front-end, signal conditioning, signal processing, and a display unit. The system has been evaluated by means of a test bench, consisting of a stepper motor-driven reflector and a personal computer.
