Operator models

This paper contemplates on business models and concentrates on the economic dimension of sustainability. A structure is used to describe business models generally and operator models specifically. The implementation of this structure shapes the character of an operator model. Technical, organisational and economic trends supporting operator models exist. The customer's view, his advantages, and efficiency are crucial. But how can the economical sustainability of an operator model be assessed in advance? A method for the assessment of the economical sustainability is presented to some extend.
