Enhancement of TINA platform access using WAP

It is expected that TINA architecture will play an important role in providing innovative services in the future. However, the customer has to install DPE in his terminal devices while accessing these services, since all TINA services have to run on top of DPE. In this paper, we present a framework of accessing TINA platform with WAP, which can relieve the customer of installing DPE in his terminal devices. In addition, the Dutch service implemented under this framework is elaborated.
