Produkt- und Technologieentwicklung im Demonstrationszentrum für FVK-TT - Innovationshilfe für die mittelständische Industrie

The impact that the services offered by the Demonstration Centre in Berlin have had on small and medium-sized companies is to be summed up. The yardstick to be applied is project-based cooperation with partners from industry in the development of fibre composite products and technologies specific to fibre composites. The support offered ranged from cost/benefit analyses through to the provision of consistent assistance from the component concept right through to the point where it was ready for series production. During the period under review, the Demonstration Centre worked on more than 50 projects, 22 seminars and 27 trade fair presentations. Specific projects are cited to show that, through their cooperation with the Demonstration Centre in Berlin, small and medium-sized companies are also able to make their entry into future-oriented fibre-composite technology.
